ABOUT US
MAKAI Paddlers Society was founded in 2009 and is home to ocean ski, outrigger & paddleboard enthusiasts who meet for training sessions, friendly competitions and social events. The club has grown to over 80 members, with competitive, junior and social members. The MAKAI Cup is our flagship event, held every year on the second weekend in February and brings together paddlers from all over the country looking to race in the best conditions the South Coast has to offer.
